By browsing or placing an order on Shoppolio (https://shoppolio.com.bd), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Accounts and Eligibility

• You can shop as a guest or register with email/password or phone/OTP. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

• Accounts found placing repeated fraudulent or abusive orders (including repeated Cash on Delivery non-acceptance) may be blocked from logging in.

Orders and Pricing

• All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). The final chargeable total (items, shipping, discounts, wallet/loyalty redemption, and tax) is calculated by our server at checkout; any total shown earlier is an estimate.

• We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is mispriced, out of stock, or if we suspect fraudulent activity, in which case any payment already made is refunded.

• Only one coupon code may be applied per order.

Payment

• We accept Cash on Delivery, mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, SureCash, Upay, Mcash), and card payments through our payment gateway partner.

• An online order left unpaid for a configured window is automatically cancelled and any reserved stock is released.

Shipping

Delivery timelines and fees vary by location (inside vs. outside Dhaka) and are shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the address you provided.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Cancellations, returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

Product images, descriptions, and site content belong to Shoppolio or the relevant brand/rights holder and may not be reused without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Shoppolio is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
